Welcome to Menuhat. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform": Menuhat restaurant and cafe management platform, including the digital menu and WhatsApp ordering services
  • "User": Any person or entity using the platform, whether with a free or paid account
  • "Services": All services provided through the platform including menu management, orders, QR codes, and reports
  • "Subscription": The paid plan chosen by the user to access specific features

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using the platform, you acknowledge that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • The chosen company name will be your digital menu URL and cannot be changed later

4. Subscriptions and Payment

a. Available Plans

We offer multiple plans with different features and limits. Details of each plan are outlined on the pricing page.

b. Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period for certain plans. Upon expiration of the trial period, you will be automatically switched to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

c. Payment and Renewal

  • Payment is made in advance according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual)
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date
  • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated

d. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of subscription if you are not satisfied with the service, provided the platform has not been extensively used during that period.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you must:

  • Use the services only for legitimate business purposes
  • Not upload content that violates laws or public decency
  • Not attempt to hack or disrupt platform systems
  • Not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Comply with data protection laws when handling your customers' data
  • Not resell or sublicense the service to third parties without written permission

6. Content and Intellectual Property

a. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (menus, images, descriptions). You grant us the right to use this content solely to provide the service.

b. Our Property

All intellectual property rights of the platform, including design, source code, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to ensure 24/7 platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from service interruption due to reasons beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using the platform
  • Our maximum liability does not exceed the value of your subscription during the preceding 12 months

9. Service Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from account settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to your data after the grace period (90 days)

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
